Very Insightful

As a couple looking to adopt our very first child, Patricia's story and lessons learned were extremely insightful. Her book truly helped me see her perspective and calm a lot of fears and anxieties my wife and I are experiencing as we are going through the adoption application process. Patricia's advice and story is honest and presented in a way that all parties can relate to. I am very glad our adoption agency recommended this book and I highly encourage any and all persons involved in adoptions to read it.

A MUST read for anyone involved in adoption!

We recently adopted our daughter in an open adoption. This book really helps to understand the feelings of the birth mother. It gave me a lot of insight.
