Are you ready to evolve?

I love books that keep you moving forward! Sheila does this through exploration and seeking ways to stay inspired. She allows you to be okay with changing some of your beliefs if they no longer serve you. All of this is done by the many questions throughout this book that allow you to reflect on the big things, and the little things, in life. When you allow yourself the time needed to really reflect on these questions, you may discover possibilities that were not there before.
